How to Play & Game Objective

The primary goal in Klondike Solitaire is to build four foundation piles, one for each suit (Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, and Spades). You must arrange each foundation in ascending order, starting with the Ace and ending with the King.

The game begins with a tableau of seven columns of face-down cards, with the top card in each column turned face-up. You use the stock pile (the remaining deck) to draw cards and move cards within the tableau according to specific rules: you can place a card on another tableau card only if it is of the opposite color (red on black, or black on red) and one rank lower (e.g., a 10 of Hearts can be placed on a Jack of Clubs or Spades). Building sequences within the tableau allows you to reveal face-down cards and create strategic opportunities.

Strategic moves involve carefully planning which cards to move and when to draw from the stock to uncover key Aces and build your foundation piles efficiently. The challenge lies in managing the limited moves and uncovering all cards to complete the game.
